Suggested cycle
- define the hypothesis
- choose the telemetry you expect to move
- run a controlled experiment
- record contradictions and blind spots
- write a short operational takeaway
Keep opposing views visible
For each lab, record both:
- how the defender would score the evidence
- how the adversary could patch around it
That habit keeps the work grounded in real tradeoffs instead of optimistic one-sided explanations.
