Suggested cycle

  1. define the hypothesis
  2. choose the telemetry you expect to move
  3. run a controlled experiment
  4. record contradictions and blind spots
  5. write a short operational takeaway

Keep opposing views visible

For each lab, record both:

  • how the defender would score the evidence
  • how the adversary could patch around it

That habit keeps the work grounded in real tradeoffs instead of optimistic one-sided explanations.
